Sizing info:

The metallic wristband is quite firm and fits a variety of wrist sizes up to approximately 17cm circumference (in our experience). If you have smaller wrists, push the pin cushion up your arm until it sits comfortably. If you have larger wrists, wear the pin cushion at the narrowest part of your arm or consider the slap wristband as an alternative.
