In summary, for every $1 you spend, you'll receive a "Gem point" and Gem points can be redeemed against your next purchase.

Earning

• Each $1 spent is rewarded with 1 Gem Point
• 50 Gem Points are awarded at sign up
• You'll receive a birthday gift every year 
• You can mention us on Facebook and receive 50 Gem Points

Spending

• Accumulate 100 Gem points for $5 off
• Accumulate 200 Gem Points for $12 off
• Accumulate 300 Gem points for $20 off
• Accumulate 1000 Gem points for $75 off

Reward Tiers

Gem's Rewards is great for our loyal customers! When you've made a couple of purchases on the website, we're confident you'll be coming back, and to reward that even further we've introduced tiers.

When you reach a tier, on your next purchase, the points rewarded will be more than a new customer as follows

• Diamond - 10 or more purchases will receive 80% more points 
• Sapphire  - 5 or more purchases will receive 50% more points
• Opal - 2 or more purchases will receive 20% more points.

So when a Diamond tier customer makes a purchase worth $120, they will receive 216 Gem Points, rather than the standard 120!

Your account

As well as Gem points, you can use your account to review your previous orders. Even if you sign up after an order, we will automatically tie your old orders to your account so long as you use the same email address.
